Our first annual Clubs & Clowns for Max’s Meals & More event will be taking place on Saturday, May 7th at Beech Acres and The Vineyard Golf Course. The event includes a golf outing and carnival-style party to celebrate life and raise funds to nourish families at Children’s Hospital. Golf tee times are between 7:00 and 8:20 am. The picnic will be from 11:00 am til 3:00 pm at Beech Acres.
We are registering foursomes for the golf outing now. The cost will be $75/player and will include beer, refreshments and picnic admission. We will have several special awards on the course, including closest to the pin, longest drive, etc. Kids age 7 and above are welcome to play with an accompanying adult. The rate for these players is still $75.
The picnic is sure to be lots of fun and will include a bouncy house, corn hole, kids games, clowns, face painting, and even live singing entertainment. There will be plenty of yummy food and desserts as well as beer and other non-alcoholic beverages. In addition, we will have both a silent auction and raffles at the picnic so please be sure to bring some extra cash and/or your checkbook if you want to participate in these events! Kids are welcome to participate in the auction and raffle as well! The cost for the picnic is $25/family or $10/individual and you can register for it now. You do not need to attend the picnic for the entire time. We realize that spring is a busy time for families so, just come and go as you can!
We are looking for volunteers to help with games, food, etc. at the event so, if you are interested in helping us out, please let us know on your registration form below.
Registration for golf must be completed by Friday, April 15th. If you are attending only the picnic portion of the event, we are strongly encouraging folks to pre-register for the picnic as well by Saturday, April 30th. You will receive a wrist band for entry into the picnic at the event.
